“BROOKS – Livigno Skymarathon” and “BROOKS – Livigno Sky Trail” will both reach the legendary Pizzo Cassana.

Two months before the opening event of the sports season in Livigno, we are glad to announce the routes that on 17 June 2023 will see the best athletes of the international skyrunning scene compete.

Let’s go in order, starting with the “BROOKS – Livigno Sky Trail”, the race of 17 km and 1400 metres of altitude difference that from this year will be run on a new and spectacular route taking the athletes up to the altitude of 3007 metres of Pizzo Cassana. As far as the “BROOKS – Livigno Skymarathon” is concerned, on the other hand, the length of the course will be 36 km with an altitude difference of 2800 metres. The race, with a highly technical and scenic profile, will take skyrunners to the peaks of four famous peaks surrounding the Livigno valley: Monte Motto (2700 m), Punta Cassana (3016 m), Pizzo Cassana or Piz da Rin (3007 m) and finally Monte delle Rezze 2858 m.
